Full Renovation From Scratch

Before
Brief: 60-square-meter, one-bedroom apartment located in a prestigious Moscow neighborhood.
Project objective: Transform the one-bedroom apartment into a three-bedroom layout. Create a dedicated kitchen-living area, add an additional master bathroom, a walk-in closet, a laundry room, along with two separate bedrooms for a boy and a girl.
In-progress
We developed a compliant layout with functional zoning.
- Designed a separate open-plan kitchen-living area as a social hub for the family;
- Created a master suite with a compact ensuite bathroom;
- Provided a walk-through closet;
- Included a dedicated laundry room;
- Allocated two separate bedrooms for the children. To encourage them to play together, the boy’s room features a two-story play fort while the girl’s room includes a gymnastic ladder.

We brought the project to life for a family with two children. It was important to us to create a functional living space despite the compact square footage.
The layout is compact but well-considered: The open-plan kitchen and living area flows into the hallway, while private zones are clearly separated. The layout includes two children’s bedrooms, a master suite with a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom, and a dedicated laundry room.
Despite the compact size of the rooms, our key objective was to keep the apartment feeling spacious and to use every square meter with maximum efficiency — giving every zone its dedicated place.
As for its technical aspects, the project features a ducted air conditioning system, concealed showers, and integrated engineering solutions that preserve the visual purity of the interior.

The interior is largely shaped by the all-male top management of the company, where a brutal loft aesthetic reflects their team spirit — young, ambitious, and full of energy.
The central hub of the office is an open space with modern sound-absorbing materials. The layout also includes private offices for various departments, large and small meeting rooms, a staff kitchen, a cloakroom, and an executive suite.
The interior is rich in art objects. In the entrance area, the main wall features a rock-textured white stone cube. The cube reflects the company’s name and brand identity: a simple yet solid square form, raw stone, and integrated lighting.
Glass wall panels used for writing notes while brainstorming and exchanging ideas support the idea of the company’s dynamic and open nature. From the very first visit, it was clear that communication is a part of the company’s DNA — glass partitions and panoramic windows were covered with plans, charts, and messages to colleagues.
The project is an attempt to express the company’s spirit, values, and atmosphere through its design.
